My name is Aaron Ouyang. I’m the son of a Taiwanese immigrant family, a tech worker, and a community organizer.

In 2016, I began organizing in my neighborhood after seeing how insider politics stifled voter engagement. We reform the Brooklyn Democratic Party by building the largest progressive coalition of independent voters

WHY DISTRICT LEADER?

District Leaders are elected unpaid leaders within the Brooklyn Democratic Party. They decide who leads the party, they empower everyday Brooklynites and they connect grassroots organizations throughout our district.

I’m running to represent our communities, partner with our local political organizations and enfranchise everyday voters to participate in the Democratic party.
